InsPower STEAM Tribe Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to closing opportunity gaps in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. We are a passionate collective of educators, tech professionals, mentors, and advocates with one shared mission: to empower through education.

Our Story

Born from Passion. Built for Purpose.

The InsPower STEAM Tribe Foundation was created from a deep-rooted desire to break cycles, shatter stereotypes, and open doors to a world many never knew existed.

Our founder, a seasoned technologist and educator, saw firsthand the glaring gaps in opportunity—especially for girls and underrepresented youth in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). It wasn’t just about access to technology—it was about access to mentors, confidence, and vision for what’s possible.

What started as a dream to teach one girl how to code grew into a movement to empower many.

We are building a Tribe—a vibrant community where young minds are nurtured, dreams are supported, and every individual is reminded that they matter, they belong, and they have the power to lead.

From coding bootcamps and robotics workshops to financial literacy classes and career mentorship, our programs are rooted in equity, creativity, and transformation.
